Henssler & Henssler is probably one of the best sushi restaurants in Germany and definitely in Hamburg. The food is spectacular, mixing Japanese with European fish cooking. The very briefly barbecued tuna steak with mashed potatos and teriyaki sauce is superb. If you are in Hamburg, you must go and check this place out. Make sure that you reserve a table in advance.
