The Tonki restaurant west off Meguro station (on Yamanote Line) in Tokyo is by far the best Tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant in Japan. I always order Hire Katsu Teishoku (Set) which is a super delicious, deep fried pork filet dish you will never forget. To find it, take the West or Central Exit in Meguro Station, walk to the left (west) on Meguro-Dori, take the first left. Note: Google Maps Preview does not show the correct location but the address is correct. |
