Passalacqua (located in Naples) is one of a very few regional roasters left in Italy, and probably the best. The coffee produces incredibly smooth and round shots with lots of chocolatey and buttery underpinnings. All of their blends are worth giving them a try, but I recommend to check out at least the Mekico (97% Arabica, 3% Robusta) or Harem (Arabica with 5% Jamaica Blue Mountain). |
